awbt David Dandie Award for Excellence
2008 Winner – Pat Howell Parmalat Australia
awbt Chief Executive Larry Gould has recently announced the winner for the awbt David Dandie Award for Excellence 2008.
The winner is Mr Pat Howell, Account Executive - Tenders & Industrial Vic of Parmalat Australia, for his submission of the design of a product manual to be used by the sales force at Parmalat.
At the award ceremony in front of Pat’s peers at Parmalat’s Rowville plant in Victoria, Larry Gould praised Pat on his submission and his on-going commitment to business improvement at Parmalat. Larry said that Pat was an example to be followed and a worthy winner of the award.
The annual award is bestowed upon a person who is enrolled on an accredited program and who submits a final workplace project which displays vision, innovation and quality, a focus on outcomes, a commitment to making a difference and a leadership style which is people focused.
