Bronwyn has worked in the Training and Development industry for the past 18 years. An experienced consultant, trainer and facilitator, Bronwyn has worked across a range of industries including government, higher education, manufacturing, telecommunications, mining, utilities and health services.
Bronwyn has extensive experience in articulating the training requirements of organisations experiencing rapid change and designing creative solutions that are inclusive and developmental. She has a commitment to skills transfer and has been responsible for designing and delivering a range of programs to assist organisations to meet the challenges associated with adapting to change driven by both internal and external forces.
