Joy has worked in the field of Training and Development for the past 20 years. She has a Bachelor of Arts (Adult Education) and a Graduate Diploma in Training and Development from Melbourne University, and holds the current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA04). She is also an accredited administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the DiSC Profile, Belbin Team Roles, a qualified RPL Assessor, and an accredited Frontline Management consultant (trainer and assessor).
Her training and development activities have had particular focus in the areas of Leadership,Training Needs Assessment, Skills Analysis, Induction, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Train the Trainer, Sales & Service Programmes, Project Management, Team Development, Negotiation Skills, Effective Meeting Skills, product knowledge workshops and Small Business Management programs.
As Head of Curriculum, Joy has responsibility for curriculum development for Australia-wide Business Training and is one of awbt’s senior training consultants. |
