Larry is a certified practicing accountant who has extensive experience across a number of industry sectors ranging from banking to chemical manufacture, insurance, tourism and learning and development over a 25-year period.
During that period Larry has been instrumental in the development and successful implementation of human resource and leadership strategies and the provision of effective solutions to a variety of business problems.
He has assisted a variety of organisations in the development and delivery of customised training programs across a range of business disciplines including Frontline Management, Strategic and Business Planning, Finance, Leadership, Project Management and Business Coaching.
Today Larry continues to work with organisations looking to implement effective learning and development initiatives that seek to address the skill base needed by employers of the future. |
